At ND, Amber played soccer for the Fighting Irish before an injury ended her career, after which she founded Notre Dame Christian Athletes (NDCA) in the ND Athletic Department. She currently resides in South Bend, Indiana, with her husband, Aaron, and their Doberman Pinscher, Rockne.

As I am working to become a certified mental
Performance Coach a Friend recommended Dr. Selking’s book and Podcast.
This podcast will walk you through the steps that it takes to help you reach your highest potential.
Dr. Selking does a fabulous Job of making the skills easily to understand and relatable for an individual to apply them in their daily lives.
I decided to start at the very beginning of listening to the podcast, and I am starting season three now, and I look forward to hearing more in learning as much as I can.
