Selling Through Service with Ashley Frank Keep What You Earn

One of the barriers I often see to entrepreneurs unlocking their next level of success and confidence is embracing sales. Don't look at it as an obligation or something you HAVE to do. That's why I've brought Ashley Frank on the show today, to share how you can step into sales with a whole new mindset; without feeling sleazy or manipulative.

When you're going into a conversation that has the potential to end in a sale, you shouldn't be going in solely with that intent. The goal is to help and serve and each conversation is an opportunity to do that. If you go into the day thinking "I just have to make a sale today," people will feel that and pick up on it. We're also talking about when to hire someone or outsource sales, and more importantly, when not to.
