After months of speculation about who they'll take, the Ottawa Senators draft Calgary hitmen defenceman Carter Yakemchuk seventh overall. Right shot, big shot, big body, high skill, 30 goals and 70 points. Travis Hamonic looks like he'll be back this fall. San Jose opts not to re-sign Filip Zadina, a player many fans wanted the Sens to pick six years ago instead of Brady Tkachuk.
