The parable that Jesus taught in Luke 16 is His use of a “bad example” to teach a good lesson. It seems like Jesus is praising someone for being unrighteous. However, the principle that Jesus is teaching is summed up in the statement, “It is shrewd to use what you cannot keep to gain what you cannot lose.”

Each of us have a series of plans we use as we go through life. Whether it is a home improvement, buying a car, getting a college degree, every set of plans has a timeframe that will need to be addressed. When it comes to plans for your life, it’s important that we look ahead far enough, even into eternity. Why is this necessary? Listen to find out.

What do believers in Jesus anticipate about Heaven? No more sin? No more death, sickness, or sorrow? Maybe being able to explore God’s creation in a way we couldn’t have done while on earth?
