Meet Team Wild Terrains Founder, Lauren Bates. Lauren always knew her most fulfilling travel experiences happened alongside inspiring women with important stories to tell, so she dreamt up Wild Terrains to share some of that magic.
More than six years and hundreds of successful trips later, Lauren and Wild Terrains have been written about in @travelandleisure @nytimes @elleusa and @voguemagazine! Just this year, Lauren relocated to Boulder, CO from NYC. Because she spends so much time on the move, Lauren relishes quiet moments spent outdoors, preferably on a trail or paddle board with her pup!

Victoria Villasana (is a textile, installation and street artist from Guadalajara, Mexico. Her work primarily explores interconnection. Among her themes are the visionaries creating positive change throughout history, pop culture, social causes, and our reconnection with nature.
Through pattern, geometry, and color she weaves intricate visual stories which reflect the resilience and triumph of the human spirit. Villasana’s approach to textile is sensitive and intuitive. She draws inspiration from the craftsmanship and the textile traditions in Mexico and from across cultures, but uses textiles in her own unique  way.
She currently divides her time between Mexico and England, and continues to explore her medium through installation, social projects, editorial work and collaborations with artists, brands and galleries worldwide.
