    • Self-Improvement

I’m Samantha Bove, i'm an award winning leadership coach and founder of zenboss academy and this is the shes too much podcast.
This podcast is me embracing my too muchness and through the process, my hope is that you will being to embrace more of yours.
To a lot of people I am way too much.

A woman who has built a successful, coaching business and personal brand, who has taught thousands of other women how to launch their own businesses a woman thinks her work is special enough to pitch herself to Forbes and get featured, a woman who dresses in a way that celebrates my curves and my thickness and is proud of it, the way i talk with my hands, laugh loudly from my belly, the way i freak out if im eating good food, the way i openly chat about sex and death and money and my desires and wants and dreams –

I am a woman who fully embraces herself and that is a too much woman too most .

And if your listening to this podcast, i imagine thats you too. You have desires and dreams that you want to pursue and gifts that you share with the world, yet you find yourself asking maybe even on a daily basis, is this too much?

Whether its a bold outfit choice, a text message with a few too many exclamation points, a sexy selfie you really want to post but dont, maybe its the business you've been wanting to launch for years, the job with the good benefits you secretly want to quit, or the relationship that you know you need to speak up in bc you’re getting less than what you deserve, but stay quiet because you dont want to be TOO MUCH.

It has taken a lot of inner work and a lot of play to become this woman who embraces my too muchness and loves every part of it.

And thats my purpose of this podcast- is to give you a place to come every week to be reminded that everything you desire in this world to have and to express is worthy.

Its not too much. You're not too much.

You've just been living in a world that is threatened by your bigness. By your power. By how deeply you can love, feel and express yourself.

In this podcast I want to explore all of the ways society has conditioned women and realy everyone to be an acceptable good girls, who follow the guidelines and expectations of the cultural norms, rather than creating a life from a place of deep intuition and genuine expression.

After listening to this podcast, i want you to feel an awakening inside of you to selfishly, yes selfishly pursue your dreams, your pleasure and your joy.

Not for anyone else or not because when your cups full it shall runneth over, of course thats gonna happen, happy women love bigger, donate more, help others, and thats amazing, but what if for 30-60 minutes a week you turned in and focussed on YOU. what you want in your one precious life.

I want to remind you that your desires are not too much. And to anything and anyone who makes you feel like you are too much, my hope is you feel comfortable letting them go find less.

Ill interview leaders who have embraced their too muchness and as a result have created lives, businesses, careers, relationships, families that they love.

Ill explore all the ways in which we are habitually holding ourselves and other women in our lives, back from living int heir full expression.

I am not here to blame the patriarchy, but i am here to explore the ways that we are still operating on old, outdated programing and perpetuating stetorypes and stigmas that keep us out of our power.

From the words we speak to the subtle ways we censor ourselves to appear chill, relaxed and go with the flow girl and avoid being labled as concede, obnoxious, confrontational or greedy or full of ourselves.
