The 1st time I had sex & the cycle of self-sabotage that followed Shine with Frannie Show |Christian health |Christian fitness|Christian wellness| Christian coaching

It happens more often than we like to believe--self-sabotage.

We want to go to the gym early, but we stay up too late watching Netflix and snooze through the alarm.
We want to lose 10lbs, but we enjoy 2-for-1 margaritas at Chili's on Friday for happy hour.
We want to be in a relationship, but we act all crazy (well, maybe that is just me!)

Defined by Psychology Today, self-sabotage is undermining of your own values--this was easy for me to do because I had very loose values--or perhaps non-existent ones-and lost my virginity at a frat party on Halloween night in 1992 to guy that could care less about me. This led me on a spiral of self-sabotaging, toxic behaviors as I attempted to fill the God-shaped hole in my heart with worldly pleasures.

If you can relate to seasons or cycles of self-sabotage, I invite you to practice the two exercises as outlined within today's show.

1. But reduction & and addition

2. Desire + emotion healing

I pray this blesses you, dear sister!

if so, let me know. I always love hearing from you!
