🔸Do you want to be able to show up for any event in your life feeling 100% like yourself?
🔸Are you sick of wondering why the outfits that look good on other people look or feel weird on you?
🔸Do you feel like you should already know how to create your own style? Like there was a cute girl outfit class that everyone else took but you didn’t know about?

You know how most women are self-conscious about how they look? I was too! Now I have a process for discovering your Style DNA so you and I can look and feel like ourselves.

Style DNA is my acronym and what this podcast is all about:

🔸D) your body’s DESIGN. This includes your silhouette, inherent color palette, and many other artistic characteristics that determine what looks best on you. (Physical form)
🔸(N) your NEEDS, based on your lifestyle, what life stage you are in, your roles, what industry you’re in, where you live geographically and climate-wise. (External elements)
🔸(A) your AESTHETIC. The vision of beauty that’s unique to you. What you like, and what you don’t like, and WHY. (Internal elements)

Imagine being able to walk into a roomful of people, forget about what you are wearing, and just be who you are there to be. I believe when women are seen and valued for who they truly are, we will begin to see the transformation our world so desperately needs. My dream is universal flourishing.

You not feeling self-conscious is the frosting; being kind to the planet is the sprinkles.

30🔸How Kibbe Style Archetypes Use Separates in Signature Style Strategy

30🔸How Kibbe Style Archetypes Use Separates in Signature Style Strategy

Thousands of women around the globe are obsessed with finding their “Kibbe” type. About ten years ago, I went down the rabbit hole too and bought David Kibbe's Metamorphosis: Discover Your Image Identity and Dazzle As Only You Can. In this episode I rip a takeaway out of his system and relate it to how you can use separates strategically in your wardrobe.

If you want to save yourself the HOURS women spend trying to decipher their Kibbe type, here’s an alternative: you can do as one of my very first clients did. After I gave her her body type information and my recommendations, she asked me if I had any idea what her Kibbe type was. I was able to reverse engineer from my recommendations to a Kibbe type, which she resonated with but would never have gotten to using his methods. If you want to save yourself all those DIY hours, check out the style discovery packages at my website: signaturestylesystems.com

29🔸Secrets of Stylish Aging: Transcend Fashion and Embrace Signature Style

29🔸Secrets of Stylish Aging: Transcend Fashion and Embrace Signature Style

As women navigate different stages of life, growing in self-knowledge should mean getting dressed becomes easier. Your wardrobe should increasingly reflect your signature style. Welcome to Episode 29 of Signature Style Systems.

In this episode, I have tips on growing in style as we age, inspired by the life of Iris Apfel, whose style transcended fashion.

On request of a podcast listener, and in consideration of the world losing the fabulous Iris Apfel recently, today I’m talking about aging without losing YOUR style. In my philosophy, this shouldn’t really be a thing because signature style is based on self-knowledge and the self-discovery journey is the journey of a lifetime. In other words, as you age, you should expect to grow increasingly stylish and in this episode I give you some practical how-tos!

28🔸Style Personality and Decision-Making: Feeling vs Thinking in Your Myers-Briggs Type

28🔸Style Personality and Decision-Making: Feeling vs Thinking in Your Myers-Briggs Type

Today I’m talking about how the preference for thinking or feeling in your Myers-Briggs type can inform your wardrobe decisions.

At the dichotomy level, the F or T in your four letter code stands for feeling or thinking. In truth, everyone feels and everyone thinks. The question is which criteria do you prioritize when making decisions? Personal criteria, that is, pertaining to people, or impersonal, that is, pertaining to data and metrics?

If we go a level deeper to the cognitive functions, we find two different flavors of each preference, an extraverted version and an introverted version. That is what this episode goes into with regard to how you dress.

Discovering your unique self and your style DNA is a self-discovery journey. In my Personality Profiling & Palette package, The Overnighter on your journey, I’ll take you a level deeper in your type than dichotomy level, just Thinking vs Feeling, to the cognitive functions.

27🔸DIYing The Triumph of Individual Style: What I Got Wrong and What I Learned

I was not born knowing what to wear. I learned, and you can too!

Love this podcast!

I look forward to listening to Rebecca’s podcast. I love her humor! I also love how she provides helpful information in short, clear episodes. I don’t feel like I have to wait for her to get to her points. So many podcasts feel like they’re on the air to just sell me something. Rebecca is providing her listeners with useful information in a way that supports us all, which I love.
