Since then, he has employed a wide range of real estate strategies, including house hacking, the BRRRR method, HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit), 1031 exchanges, single-family homes, small multi-family properties, apartments, long-term rentals (LTR), and short-term rentals (STR).
