Since then, he has employed a wide range of real estate strategies, including house hacking, the BRRRR method, HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit), 1031 exchanges, single-family homes, small multi-family properties, apartments, long-term rentals (LTR), and short-term rentals (STR). With over 3000 reservations on his STR resume, he is also known as the creator of the Enemy Method. Presently, Luke Carl manages a portfolio of over 100 doors in six different markets spanning across four states.
