It is a burden that you were never meant to carry, and for many of us, we don’t even realize that we are carrying it because we have learned it from childhood, the world’s culture and from painful experiences in the past. This episode will expose the tactic of the enemy on using shame, and set your forward in the right direction of freedom and realigning with your beloved identity as daughters of the King. Hello! It’s been a minute… listen to the story of my 2023, where we were literally homeless and nation-less for a whole year. By the Grace of God we have finally landed, dizzied from the year-long transition, and reflecting on what I would do different and what I am thankful for.

Second in the "Woman of God series", we are looking into the concept of suffering & hardship. For a long time, I had no real theology for the concept of suffering, and so when I was hit with a season of hardship, I was quick to become angry at God, and I didn't manage my heart very well at all.

That was, until I spoke with Karen and her husband Haavard, who helped me understand the concept of the dark night of the Soul, and that God was looking for my heart.



In this dialogue, we share parts of our own stories of trials and hardships, and hold them to the light of the scriptures to see what God has to say about these seasons. There is always an invitation for deeper trust & intimacy with God, and I pray that this discussion will also lead you closer to Him.

I want to start sharing some of the gold nuggets that have propelled me forward in my Heath journey the last year. My choices are definitely not very orthodox, I have been really influenced by the animal-based way of life, and have seen amazing results. In this episode I touch on many various things I have learnt, both for mental health and body health. It’s a lot of info, and I recommend that you do you own research. I am not a doctor, but I have never felt better in my life. I have a value for thriving in health- body, soul & spirit, and so I hope that this episode will empower you to begin implementing whatever changes you deem necessary for your own journey. Next week we will talk about creating boundaries to protect your health.
