Our first episode of our new installment titled "Headlines." Typically Ashley and Wayne take a deep dive into the dark side of the rainbow but on these episodes we will take multiple shallow dives. Each dive raising the question "WHY aren't more people talking about this?!"

In this episode Ashley and Wayne BOTH retell the story of the man who, for new years, resolved to become a serial killer. Colin Ireland became know as "the Gay Slayer" or "the Gay Slasher."  How did he commit these crimes and why isn't he as well known as the Dennis Nilssen's and John Wayne Gacy's of the world? On this episode Ashley tells us of a harrowing case about a married couple found shot to death outside their campsite in the Moab Mountain range in Utah. Crystal Turner (Crystal Beck) and Kylen Schulte had been enjoying life on the road, suspiciously close to where (widely talked about) Gabby Petito was found murdered. When the girls went missing, authorities assumed they had simply left, but family knew otherwise. Three murders happened in a few days, only one has been properly investigated.
