I know when you have a great sleeper (or even a mediocre sleeper), the worry of their sleep being wrecked is real. Or, if you’re not worried it’ll be wrecked, you may be wondering how to go about it when they either want more or less of it. So, today’s episode is going to give you all you need to know about how to handle your child’s sleep while they’re sick.

All About Nightmares and Night Terrors
