SO DREAMY is a podcast (or better yet, an "earsnack"!) made BY people who love talking about dreams, FOR people who love talking about dreams. If you don't have someone in your life who LOVES to listen to your sleepy brain adventures and tell you about theirs, then this is the earsnack for you! If you do have someone in your life like that, then you're lucky, and this is still the earsnack for you! Rachel and Hannah will read or play audio clips of their and others' dreams and sleep walking/talking stories, and they might do some light armchair dream analysis (for which they are wildly unqualified!), but mostly their aim is just to have fun hearing and sharing sleepy brain tales!
Send us your dreams and stories, either recorded audio or written out, to SoDreamySnack@gmail.com, or call and leave a voicemail (3-minute limit) at 312-600-5538. You can also connect with us through our “So Dreamy” Facebook group and on Twitter/Instagram: @SoDreamySnack.

A fascinating tour through the world of dreams

This podcast starts out good but gets even better after a few episodes (well, IMO anyway). I love the hosts' compassionate and curious approach to the dreams described, both their own and those sent in by friends, family, and listeners. It's also really entertaining and funny thanks to Rachel and Hannah's great banter and ability to build off each other's ideas. The hosts are cousins and a lot of their dream-related stories are also family stories, which is kind of cool and I think it gives the podcast a really interesting perspective. The sleepy-voiced recordings of dreams can be hard to hear in some early episodes, but I think they've done a pretty good job of clearing up that audio as much as possible in later episodes -- and it's interesting to hear these recordings made right after waking from the dreams. One of my favorite segments is the one where the hosts analyze the dream analysis of a symbol from a kind of questionable dream interpretation book. This is a great podcast for afternoons and commuting, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. (Though it can also be creepy; there have been some great nightmare stories.)

Why are our brains like this?

This is such a great podcast! Really enjoyed your thoughts as I drove around to all the kids activities. I’ve added the voicemail number to my contacts. 💕

Awesome content and a great, funny, and insightful podcast that helps pass the time!

I moved from Illinois to Arizona, and when ever I was in the car, I was listening to this podcast. Rachel and Hannah's discussions and funny banter kept me sane while I was on the road. I've become more aware about my dreams, and I try to remember and retain them more often now. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone that likes dreams or want something incredibly interesting to listen to!
