Living From the Neck Down
Do you find yourself lost in your thoughts? 💭
Lost in worry? 😩
Worrying about what might happen in the future is a normal thing for us all to experience - in fact our brains are wired for it.
But it’s not very fun to experience day after day. And I’m here to tell you that you DON’T need to live this way - what I refer to as living from the neck UP.
Instead, I’ve learned that it’s living from the neck DOWN that enables you to consistently experience an easeful life.
But before I made the shift, I had to receive a message from Source over and over again. And that message was:
"Live from your heart space. Spend most of your day in your HEART and take trips up to your HEAD."
And it was such a HUGE shift for me once I got this message and put it into practice.
Once I began living from the neck down, I saw:
⭐️ Needless worry became a thing of the past
⭐️ A consistent connection to my intuitive gifts
⭐️ Living my fullest potential became EASEFUL
And I want YOU to experience this same transformation! So, today’s episode of Soul Guide Radio is dedicated to learning how to live from the neck down and in the body. In this powerful episode, you’ll learn truly life-altering shifts that will change your life for the BEST!

Why I Don’t Run a Business Based on Referrals
Referrals are GOLD 🥇
I mean, what’s not to love?
You’ve created some buzz about yourself and now you have leads and clients sent your way by word of mouth. It’s amazing!
So, if referrals are gold, then an entire business based on referrals must be priceless, right?
Well, even though I LOVE referrals, I take a different approach.
Because here’s the thing, when your marketing strategy is based primarily on referrals, you are relying on others to find new clients for you.
This means that if your energy shifts, the referred clients coming into your business may be out of alignment to your new, higher vibe energy.
So, in today’s episode of Soul Guide Radio, I’m sharing with you why I DON’T run a business based on referrals.
I then reveal a much more empowering, magnetizing (and yes, referral-generating approach) I recommend instead to fuel your aligned, soul-guided business.

Burned Out vs Half-Hearted
Have you ever felt burned out when it comes to your business? 😫
Or maybe you're just going through the motions? 🤖
Being burned out and working half-heartedly in our businesses can sneak up on us from time to time, often without us even realizing we are in the danger zone.
I know, because I recently caught myself working half-heartedly on something related to my business, and I was actually shocked by it 🤯
I was surprised because I do the work of a soul-guided person. I meditate, I ask for guidance from my Higher Self and spirit guides, I rest and play when I feel the need (for the most part).
And yet . . .
I still found myself not working WHOLE-heartedly on a project for my business.
So, I took it as an opportunity to explore why it was happening and even more importantly, to learn how to recognize it for the future.
And that’s exactly what I’m sharing with you in this episode of Soul Guide Radio.
You’ll learn the differences between being burned out and working half-heartedly (because there is a BIG distinction) and learn how to move back onto the path of joyfully working as a whole-hearted soul-guided entrepreneur.

Your Intuition Moves Faster than the Speed of Digital Marketing with Patty Lennon
As rapid changes continue to happen on the planet, you may have noticed that things that worked in your life and business in the past just aren’t working now.
It reminds me of my favorite pair of shoes. They are comfortable, stylish, and waterproof, which is important for the wet weather of the Netherlands.
But a few months ago, my "waterproof shoes" started to leak.
On the one hand, I didn’t want to get a new pair. Those shoes still fit me like a cozy glove. BUT...when it rained, my socks got wet!?
And well, that’s no good.
Likewise, the universe makes it pretty clear when you need to make a change in your life (or get a new pair of shoes).
While these changes in our lives may not always be welcomed, especially when things were working great before, they do give us an opportunity.
An opportunity to make CHOICES about what we want to see in our life and business going forward. It’s a time to ask ourselves questions like:
How do I want things to look in my life and business in the future?
How do I really want to BE in my business?
You see, as the planet evolves, so do you and your business. And the message that I’ve been getting, as well as so many others in my circle, is that we need to really come back to our internal guide – our intuition.
That’s why I’m thrilled to have the amazing Patty Lennon as our guest this week to explore the juicy topic: your intuition moves faster than the speed of digital marketing. Patty is a bestselling author, intuitive entrepreneur coach, and founder of The Receiving School. She runs an amazing soul-guided business and truly lives it to give it.

Being the Most Authentic Version of Yourself with Scott Gazzoli
I have a strong hunch that at some point in your life, you’ve held back a part of yourself in order to fit in with others.
I know I have.
Sometimes it’s as subtle as putting a lid on your personality to blend in with the group.
At other times, it’s as big as keeping large parts of your truth secret because you fear not being accepted by your inner circle.
In any case, it ultimately feels bad to hide our true self, and yet, it’s challenging to truly be ourselves all the time.
But here’s the thing . . . in this new age that we are ushering in, quieting any part of ourselves is no longer going to work.
We are here to share all parts of ourselves.
And the greatest part of our journey is to uncover all parts of ourselves, layer by layer, to get to the core of our authentic selves. And then to share our most authentic selves with the world!
To unpack this topic, I am joined by the fantastic Scott Gazzoli. Scott is the creator of Causing the Effect, a top-rated podcast focused on the exploration of mind and body to become your true self. We discuss how you can tap into your true desires and uncover more of your authentic self.
One of the special things about Scott is how easy he makes it to connect deeply with the information he shares and this episode is no exception. This is one soulful conversation you do not want to miss.
