Brian Suter is the lead pastor at Branch Church.
He is passionate about helping people know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him. Brian has been in church ministry since 2001 with leadership roles in student and adult ministry, teaching, and development.
Married for 14 years to his bride Courtnay they have 2 kids and love raising their family in Excelsior MN (west of Minneapolis)
Courtnay is also passionate about following God’s calling on their life and helping people grow in faith. They felt a calling for church planting and God’s prompting to take action in 2020.
Through earnest prayer and careful discernment Branch Church was formed in 2021 and supported by a team of energetic people who love Jesus and want to see the church flourish in our community

062: Being a Christian in Business w/ Pastor Scott Adams (God+Work) #SoulCEO
In today's episode I interview Dr. Scott Adams on the topic of being a Christian in business and developing our marketplace ministry.
-We discuss the value of work.
-The disconnect of being a Christian and being in "full time ministry."
-The allure of success and trappings of loving money.
-We share tons of Biblical references of how we are to behave in business, -ur conduct, our focus, and our commission.
Dr. Scott Adams is the lead pastor at the Midtown location of Our Savior's Church in Lafayette, Louisiana. He is married to his best friend, Kelly and has four children, Aniston, Preslie, Hudson, and Carsten.
Adams received a B.A. in Religious Studies from Regent University, a Masters of Religion and Masters of Divinity from Liberty Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry. in Applied Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in New Testament from Radboud University, Netherlands.
He has served as the dean of several Bible institutes and lectured on university campuses in the United States and Europe. In addition to his academic interests, Adams’ passion also involves equipping leaders for Gospel-centered, Spirit-empowered pastoral ministry. When he is not behind the pulpit or teaching in the classroom, he enjoys exercising, hunting, and traveling.
(Fun Fact: Dr Scott used to be my pastor and I've known him and his beautiful wife Kelly for 17+ years.)

Oh my goodness! I’m so thankful for this podcast!
