The White Sox are in the middle of a historically bad season, but Major League Baseball may be on the cusp of their next historically big scandal. Several players were suspended for gambling, including a former Sox farmhand. One player is banned for life. The timing of the announcement has us questioning what is really going on.

It is one thing to sell off players. The smart teams are shopping while selling.
