Excellent episode

I really enjoyed Episode 56 but I would like the entire resource that was discussed. I only see the Feelings Wheel without explanation of how to use it. I’d also like to see the Heart Journal he uses please.

Great resource

I’m enjoying this podcast and the dialogue on engaging Biblically a wide spectrum of issues ranging from discipleship to specific mental health problems, to interviews with leading thinkers and writers in the Biblical counseling field. Very helpful for anyone, licensed or not, who is curious about, interested in, or passionate about Biblical counseling.

Best I Have Heard

As a secular trained Christian counselor I was excited to find this podcast but have been disappointed with the content. I found this podcast on EMDR to be what I have expected from this podcast, evaluating a therapeutic approach from a Christian perspective with someone who has trained and has used EMDR. The show moved into the content without the usual bickering of the co-hosts (which I find to be inappropriate for Christian counselors). I hope that future programs will present similar relevant evaluations and helpful treatment approaches. Blessings!
