EMPATH ENERGY REPORT DECEMBER: Empaths are going to be facing some critical energy points in their charts right now. You might find these points can feel difficult or uncomfortable but they are necessary. The focus of these points will be on "stability" and this focus will primarily encompass three areas of your life:

Do you ever wonder why you don't sleep well? This is actually a very common Empath trait...Empaths typically don't sleep well. And they struggle with the why part, "Why am I not sleeping?!" You can't make sense of if or put your finger on what the problem is. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what is happening. These are some of the things I'm talking about:
Waves or bouts of insomnia.Going to bed too late and waking up too early.Waking up several times in the middle of the night.Being wide awake between 3am - 5am.
Basically, having very inconsistent sleep patterns. It can be incredibly frustrating, and as an Empath you might have just accepted the fact you are not going to sleep well ever again. 

But there are some things you can do. One of the more important things is to truly understand what's happening, because there's an actual reason behind why Empaths don't sleep well...
