I am so grateful I came upon this podcast🙏! I’ve had a lot of things happen in my life over the past 2 years that have made me question things and has lead me down a more spiritual path. Melissa really breaks things down to really understand the process of shifting from 3D to 5D and raising your vibration. She goes in depth about the ego and our shadow selves and the steps you need to take in order to heal your energies before your able to really ascend to a higher frequency.
