In this episode originally recorded on DECEMBER 30th 2020 I go into the controversy of THE AGE OF AQUARIUS and why I personally believe we are in the age of Aquarius and if not at least how we are in the dawn of it. Within going into my observations I also touch on how mind blowing the polarities within the spiritual community are to me. I have never seen such resistance and divisiveness within a community that is "supposed" to be about "oneness". I personally respect everyone's journeys... even if I may not fully understand or agree with them because finding this gray area within my life - of acceptance - has allowed me to find true inner peace with my human experience and journey. In this episode I remind us of how life is a spectrum in every way, shape, and form and how we shouldn't take everything so seriously. We are all having unique human experiences and we need to learn how to respect them in order for our experiences to be respected. We are on a very spicy planet and that means spicy polarities and spicy experiences that can cause spicy frictions.... but ultimately they are here for our spiritual growth. Let's be, let's grow, let's learn, let's flourish. We are all divine unique flowers in a massive and beautiful garden. Let's embrace our differences and maybe we will realize we are not so different after all.

In this episode originally recorded on JULY 16th 2020 I go in depth on the lessons that the universe had sent me at the time to remind me that everything is connected... all we have to do is pay attention to the subtle signs to recognize that. When we feel the most out of alignment is actually when we are the most in alignment. If we learn to be receptive to the power of the unknown, we allow ourselves to tune into the frequencies of universal energy, and we open ourselves up to receiving the signs that remind us we are right on track, especially when it might not feel like it. Most importantly we are able to see how our misfortunes are in some mysterious way divinely connected to our blessings. It may not always feel that way but there is a divine force at play in the unfolding of our lives. We are not alone. Pay attention to the signs. ENJOY!

In this episode I get super vulnerable about my single life and all of the lessons and experiences I have learned over being single for 8 years straight (all of my 20s). I am a hopeless romantic at heart and love to dream about being in love so I had to learn how to be okay with my journey and not settling with anyone just to be in a relationship that isn't serving me (I can thank my Virgo Moon and Venus for that). I have gone through serial dating seasons, seasons of celibacy to protect my energy... seasons of self love and self growth, seasons of romantic depression.. the list goes on. However ultimately I am so happy and grateful I have had all these years to myself... to learn, to grow, and to become who I am without any interruptions. This freedom within my own energy has allowed me to step into ALL OF ME, unapologetically. The years of feeling lonely at times wondering when I will find "the one" have not been easy but they have allowed me to lean into myself in a way I will forever be grateful for. They have allowed me to find true happiness and love within myself and not anybody else and that is the greatest blessing. In this episode I host my dear soul sister Ashley Pena known on instagram as Pena_Pequena. In this episode I go into how we can all embody the divine feminine sacred sexual energy, and how we let body image define the amount of sensuality we funnel through our vessels. I speak on how our ideals of what a sexy body is, is based off of mainstream beliefs systems and how this robs us of the joy we all are capable of embodying in any body type.
