Hey Corey and Skip, you have a great show. It’s ironic that the “tire” compound saved the racing product at Phoenix, but many (like C.Bell), call it a “gimmick”. If one thinks it is a gimmick, then make a better suggestion to improve a historically snoozer of a race. Go softer. The hard part is matching the compound to each different racing surface on the short tracks and road courses. A good “match” at Phoenix may not work at Louden. I am thrilled the effort is being made. Long time listener and look forward to the show every week.

I always look forward to this pod…Lajoie is a sensitive guy and Flores will serve up a man tablet as needed. A great listen and I appreciate the two of them. It’s amazing how little has been mentioned about how bad of a crew chief Ryan Sparks was in the past few years on the #7. Lajoie really had to race twice as hard to come in ten spots behind what his talent would normally allow - just to make up for how terrible Ryan Sparks was leading that team. So unfair to Lajoie…thank God Corey finally got a chance to ride on a new team. Much deserved CJ, and Sparks has been the elephant in the room for at least past two seasons. 5 stars!
