Well, the farming practices in Italy are vastly different than the farming practices in the United States when it comes to wheat products, and the reason being is that it doesn’t contain all of the toxins that the foods here in America contain. Clean eating has become a buzzword these days—but part of Tammi’s underlying mission is to make sure that its importance doesn’t get lost in the noise. As Tammi explains, Clean eating can be different for every body. Everyone has different dietary needs, beliefs, and cultural backgrounds, and all of those things fit into the makeup of the food that we eat.
