Simon Gerszberg - Shotquality.com
Simon joins Dave to discuss his new website Shotquality.com. The two chat about some of the features and how coaches can use this data to help their teams and players. Simon breaks down what variables go into the algorithm to reach the shot quality number and Dave attempts to translate all the information into non wizard terms. Dave discusses how he and the Colgate staff have coached players with below average shot quality and Simon discusses his myriad of conversations with other college coaches and how they best plan on using this data. Simon also teases out a few new features coming out for this season and Dave mentions a few that Simon hopes to have out around NCAA tournament time.

Mike Martin - Brown
Mike joins the pod to discuss ideas to help his team during the Corona quarantine. Mike also discusses what practice and game stats he and his staff tracks and some specific drills that take advantage of their emphases. They bounce ideas back and forth on defensive transition and ways to improve this. Lastly you'll hear Mike and Dave's opinion on the new transfer rule that is expected to pass.
Justin Simon - Yale
Dave and Justin dive into Yale's recent success and what they emphasize on a daily basis. They chat about their defensive rebounding prowess and what techniques and language has been effective. They talk about ball screen defense and why they employ the coverage they do. They also discuss passing at an in depth level and how that can improve over time. In addition they discuss some different practice drills that can help in some of these aforementioned topics
