Listen to the podcast on Castro, so you can put the speed on 1.1. Then it is PERFECT. Where can I find season 1?
Just Read the Stories Please
The excruciatingly slow theatrical pace of this podcast is maddening. I think it’s intended to be soothing but the huge pauses and awkward pacing are irritating. It distracts from well crafted, unique stories that (refreshingly) aren’t sci-fi. I started listening at 1 1/2x speed and it helps but of course the voice is distorted. A natural reading of these great stories would be far more entertaining that this scripted awkwardness.

The narrator’s delivery makes this unlistenable, sadly.
