Excellent resource and motivation

I’ve been committed to my real estate investing education for the last 5 months and this podcast has been invaluable. Like the name says, Mark and Tom tell it like it is, they’ve got relevant guests and smart interviewing which provides actionable insights. Also appreciate their openness to questions and responding to audience members (like me). I’d love to hear more stories from investors in Northern counties (Lake, McHenry, Kane). Straight up, great advice on the Chicagoland market!
