Strategy Can Be Fun on our own DRAGON BRIDGE
Today Brett Lowey and I discuss DRAGON BRIDGE, my two player bumping card game. It’s a weird game for me, in a bunch of ways. For one thing, it was my first published tabletop game. But also, I produced it in a ridiculously short amount of time. That makes it even more… strange and interesting, … Strategy Can Be Fun on our own DRAGON BRIDGE Read More »

Hello everyone! Welcome to our third episode of STRATEGY CAN BE FUN. Today, Brett Lowey and I discuss the Cole Wehrle game, Pax Pamir. Customer Reviews
In search of structure in game design.
Keith Burgun's perspective regarding game design is definitely worth listening to. Mostly due to the fact that he provides a more formal, perhaps academic view on ideas, mechanics, and design choices when making games. I haven't found that anywhere else.
One of the best game design shows
Keith is a thoughtful designer and critic. He has a strong yet developing point of view, and he talks openly about his failures. His efforts to build a more complete vocabulary for game design have been instructive to me as an amateur designer.
Great cast for open minded game designers
The host is not afraid to share his opinions on game design theory, which are almost always grounded in some form of reasoning or understanding.
If you’re a fan of game design theory crafting, and aren’t afraid of listening to someone with a differing opinion, this is a must have cast!
Keep up the great work 👍
