Marco Marco v. Erika Jayne (Pt 2)

Marco Marco v. Erika Jayne (Pt 2)

In this three part series, we are covering a lawsuit Erika's former costume designer filed against her, the secret service, her assistants, and American Express. We think the complaint gives the best overview of what occurred (excerpt below) so in this episode we read through the second half of it and provide our thoughts.
This case discusses alleged corruption by Secret Service agents who conspired with Defendant Erika Girardi, a well-known television personality and theatrical performer, her assistants and employees, Defendant Laia Ribatallada and Defendant Michael Minden, Defendant AMEX, and its employee, Defendant Peter Grimm. It is alleged that all Defendants agreed and conspired to maliciously prosecute Chris Psaila for alleged wire fraud and identity theft by claiming Chris Psaila defrauded Erika Girardi by charging her AMEX card with false charges for goods and services under his business Marco Marco.

Best podcast in the universe

I wish this was on every day. Love the in-depth coverage and the way the law is explained. Thank you!

Faith episode

I found this episode to be extremely bias. Typically, you all are talking about people purposely breaking the law. This was an opportunity to talk about how Hollywood manipulates and dangles fame and money in front of women. Instead you all discussed how naive she is. I think you’re missing the root cause of this suit, which isn’t her naivety. I was disappointed. Gross.

Get your facts straight

A police report was never filled against Faith! They called a tip line and left there own information. As lawyers why would you want to share false information? Faith doesn’t even no the facts of her own case!
