Stronger Leadership Podcast Deanna Shrodes

I’m a Missionary and I’ve served overseas with my husband and 2 daughters for 20 years now. Boy do I wish that I had had access to this podcast during the beginning of our ministry. My sister Lucy DuBose mentioned that Deanna (who served as a youth pastor at our home church when I was just 9 years old) had her own podcast. I decided to start listening and haven’t stopped since. I’ve gleaned so much practical wisdom on all kinds of ministry and even personal family issues. Thank you Deanna & Judy for being so transparent and real. You are really making a difference! Please don’t stop putting out such great wisdom! It is truly a blessing to my life.

This was a very informative episode. Deanna was very humble, not judgmental, because of her own experience. Her research was good. Her conclusions were spiritual and uplifting. She gave everybody hope. I’m gonna be thinking about this as I go about my week.

If you are not listening to Deanna Doss Shrodes & Judi Barriss Cotignola podcasts…do it NOW. I have not been faithful in doing so but today I binged on 4 and listened to one of those twice. This is not a brag…I am listening because I often am a mess and need extra! 🤷‍♀️
Some of their rawness helped to validate me and some of it brought me to repentance. It goes hand in hand. Sometimes other people are the problem and sometimes
we are (or should I say) the way we handle things can drag things out. Also, a lot of what I heard today was some practical leadership stuff that just makes sense to be practicing…period! Stuff that is like “duh” Rachel…get it together! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😂
Just go listen. You will not regret!
