Intro to Commercial Lending & Investment Properties Financing with Loanbase

Intro to Commercial Lending & Investment Properties Financing with Loanbase

This Meeting is Presented by LoanBase

Although Conventional loans are a great way for new real estate investors to get started with Residential (1-4 unit) Real Estate, at some point, it becomes too difficult to reach the next level by only using conventional loans - especially if you can't even qualify for one, or several, conventional loans.

To help you expand your real estate portfolio, and possibly start dabbling or in non-residential projects, you should look into getting a commercial loan to fund your next project. Commercial loans can be a creative financing solution for those who have:
    - Stated income (no tax returns required),
    - No documents (but have strong cash flowing properties),
    - Non-stabilized properties (half vacant or more),
    - Rehab/constructions (for run down properties),
    - Exceed the 10 conventional loans limit, - Want to borrow money as an LLC, or portfolio loans.

You can get a commercial loan to fund the following type of projects: Multi-family (5+ units), retail, offices, industrial, special purposes (senior housing, car washes, hospitality), mixed-use properties, and etc.

Our speaker for this event is Ari Shpanya, the CEO of LoanBase.
    His background includes:
Bootstrapped Blok living to $65M AUM in 28 months. Blok is owner and operator RE investment firm, specializing in acquiring, developing, remodeling and managing multi-family, throughout San Francisco and Los Angeles. Current Average IRR is 42%
Previously CEO / founder of Wiser (acquired). 85 employees over 3 countries and $8MM in ARR. Notable clients: eBay, Walmart, AT&T, HomeDepot, and leading brands & retailers; based in San Francisco
    Previously co-founder of Zent.com (acquired)
    Stanford GSB Ignite Program Graduate
Contributor to many tech publications including Venturebeat, Forbes and Retailwire

LoanBase is a new online commercial lending platform that connects prospective buyers to hundreds of commercial lenders. Long gone are the days where borrowers have to individually reach out to lenders to ask for a quote. With LoanBase, you’ll be able to get multiple quotes instantly and will need to only complete one application to work with multiple banks. Their goal is to make commercial lending more accessible through technology, improve communication between lenders and borrowers, and to optimize transparency and efficiency during the lending process.

We’ll be getting a live demo of this revolutionary new commercial lending platform. This section of the interview is proprietary and cannot be recorded, so please be sure to hop on Zoom for this week’s class.

Property Management & Market Spotlight: Atlanta

Come join us in learning more about all-things Property Management related with Janet Woodgeard & for a Market Spotlight on Atlanta with Tony Tran!

Property Management is a main component and one of the hardest aspects of Real Estate investing. So how do you make sure that the property is properly taken care of and how do you reduce your vacancy rate? What are ways to minimize your operational expenses and increase your rental income? How will you manage your property from a distance? The answer to all of this is having a trustworthy and reliable Property Manager on your real estate team.

We have invited Janet Woodgeard, the Operations Manager and Associate Broker at NDI MAXIM Residential & NDI Maxim Management LLC to give us some industry insider insight on what Property Managers do behind the scenes for property owners and how often their work goes unnoticed. How do we find a reliable property manager as an out-of-state investor?

Tony Tran, a Residential & Commercial Real Estate Advisor of the NXT Team at NDI Maxim Real Estate, will also give us a Market Spotlight on Atlanta, GA. He will go over the latest market trends and let us know what opportunities we should explore next. Tony is the Commercial Real Estate Chairman for Asian Real Estate Association of America, Atlanta Chapter, and on the Board of Directors with Georgia Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce.

In 2020, Tony founded his own real estate team, The NXT Team, aimed to build leaders and influencers in the real estate industry, and to scale his scope of services for his clients. In Tony's first year as a real estate agent, he closed over 24 deals and $4M in total real estate volume, qualifying him to be a recipient of the 2020 NAMAR Million Dollar Club award. Tony’s team helps investors in residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate, and have their own in-house property management team in the Atlanta Metro Area.
