    The Rules Have Changed | How to Date in 2021

    The Rules Have Changed | How to Date in 2021

    Thanks to Covid and the subsequent isolation/quarantine/social life shutdown, It’s a new world out there when it comes to dating and relationships.

    This week’s episode is about accepting the changes and developing a new, self-possessed game plan based on a method I call:

    Know it / Own It / Show It

    * Expectations have changed

    * You’re rusty

    * Maybe not the best version of yourself

    * People are way more hypersensitive politically, socially, world view…exposed fear patterns

    May you’re feeling The FOMO and a need to make up for lost time.

    If you had battled loneliness before Covid, then the isolation was the worst possible scenario for you.

    And through the entire experience, there’s a good chance that your own life priorities might have shifted a bit when it comes to the importance of

    * work

    * family

    * friends

    * values

    * experiences

    * time spent (introspection)

    At the end of the show I share with you a simple exercise called the dating checklist, that will help you to get your thoughts together, create a new game plan, and jump back into the dating world in a way better mental space than you have ever had.

    Goodbye to Languishing and Pandemic Fatigue and Hello to New World Anxiety!

    Goodbye to Languishing and Pandemic Fatigue and Hello to New World Anxiety!

    Are you as fed up as I am with the pandemic, the isolation, the joyless fatigue and languishing through everyday life right now?

    And, for some reason, is the opening back up of things creating a confusing level of anxiety in you?

    I figured as much

    That’s why I wanted to share with you some EXTREMELY important steps to take right now in order to:

    * Understand what the REAL causes of Languishing and Pandemic Fatigue are

    * The 2 things you can do to shed those depressing, aimless, anxious, burnout feelings that have been on you like a wet blanket during the past year

    * And, the MOST IMPORTANT thing to remember when you step out into the “new world”

    Spoiler Alert: There will be a lot of anxiety from a lot of people on how to function during this “mask on – mask off”, “vax or no vax” period.

    Bottom Line:

    * We have all been languishing in our own way

    *  We have all felt the wet blanket fatigue through our “forced” isolation

    *  It’s now time for leaders, like yourself, to slowly emerge from your bunker and set the tone for how things should be in our new normal.

    Remember, be good to yourself and be good to others.

    How to Instantly Change Your Life

    How to Instantly Change Your Life

    This week’s episode reveals one tiny action you can take that can instantly change your life.

    It’s all about making one simple choice before you:

    * Lose your temper

    * Decide to do something that you know will lead to you feeling bad about yourself

    * Take an action that you know will keep you stuck in a routine you don’t want to be in

    Surprisingly, the key to changing your life instantly comes from two lovable losers:

    *

    George Costanza on Seinfeld and

    *

    Jim Carrey in the movie, “Yes Man”

    With George, he had finally had it with his miserable life and made that instant decision which resulted in an amazing shift.

    With Jim Carrey’s character, Carl, it was his son’s wish that forced him to see how that one decision could drastically improve his life.

    And, even though these guys are TV and movie characters, the technique they use is REAL and you can immediately use it on yourself.

    Because this technique is so powerful, I would highly advise you use it as a beta test on yourself, maybe for just one day.

    Then, you can look at your results and begin to make some small changes in your thoughts and behaviors in order to become more aligned, centered and happy with your life.

    Remember, be good to yourself and be good to others.
