Rick and his podcast are one in a million
Rick Moyer is one in a million, and I am glad to know him (and you should, too). His podcast reflects his open and inviting personality (He's also a sci-fi guy, tech guy, etc, so it's not just faith topics all the time. Its very diverse and intresting). When talks about his faith, he presents it in a real, brutally honest way that is fresh and different. I love the way he presents Biblical truths in a way that you can relate to. Amy is a great balance for him, and as a couple they share struggles and encouragements, too.
Encouraging and Real
I love listening to Rick and Amy. They are real people who talk about life, faith, and geeky fun stuff like sci-fi, movies, and music. It is refreshing to hear them share their faith in an encouraging, loving way. I always learn something and have fun listening to this podcast.
I'm no charlie church...
Been YEARS since I went regularly. Doesn't mean I don't believe, but church and I parted ways awhile ago. Kinda got sick of people who preach at you but don't really live their beliefs. I've met a few that do. Rick and Amy are a couple of those. A great podcast, I enjoy most of all the sense of the differences AND sameness that come through in their relationship. Truly a fun and centering podcast.
