In the inaugural episode where two sisters, Angela and Carrie, introduce ourselves and talk about self-care in and out of isolation. This was recorded (over zoom) months ago when almost everything all over the world was in lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, most restrictions have been lifted in certain countries, but as the anxiety of cases popping up continues, among other things, it is crucial to remember to practice self-care, no matter how small.
