Customer Reviews
Technical AND accessible
Really love how they break things down but in a way that isn’t too hard to catch on to. I especially appreciate how they perfectly blend the perspectives of coach, player, and also fans. I wish so bad that they were able to show the game film along while discussing plays, but if I really want to I can pull up the playback and match times.
Objective and instructive match analysis
I listen to Talking Tactics regularly and anticipate each episode especially the ones after a loss. I also like Justin Hoyte’s overall optimism on the team’s and individual player’s progress. It‘s refreshing that he doesn’t diss a player but tries to see the positives even when he’s pointing out the negatives. Both Coach and Hoyte remind me that “all is not lost” when we lose, at the same time pointing out where improvement is needed. Thanks for making the time to record and share your expertise.
Excellent show
Talented hosts who are skilled at achieving what they set out to do. The most educational of the many FCC podcasts I listen to. I really learn a lot from these guys and have fun in the process. Thanks for all your hard work and preparation.
