Today is it my pleasure to present my conversation with Tania Arellano: an amazing example in manufacturing leadership. I met Tania when she was the Plant Manager for the Guadalajara site of Mars Petcare. Yes, that the same Mars that is famous for M&M's, Snickers, Skittles... well, they make pets happy too with their products like Pedigree, etc.
Tania has been a Plant Manager several times in different world-class companies like Cargill, NatureSweet, and Grupo Bimbo. Most interestingly, she has done this challenging job in many different cultures: in Mexico, China, and the United States.
Tania shares great insights on how to manage people across cultures and how to navigate the opportunities and challenges of the manufacturing world as a woman.
Please join me in welcoming: Tania Arellano!
