    29. Divisions in the Bible

The biggest division noted in the Bible has always been between Malachi and Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John. Every Bible has the page that separates the Old Testament from the New Testament. But is that the only division?

    27. Where do you fit in the story of grace?

The Bible is progressive, like any other book. It tells a story. The story of humanity. Where do you fit in the story? Are you trying to trick God into putting you into part of the story you don’t belong?

    25. What doth it profit?

What do you believe? What does your faith profit you? We all have core beliefs even if we have no idea what they are. Our beliefs are instilled in us from the time we are born, from our family, education system, friends, churches, culture, etc. These beliefs drive our actions. If we can understand what our core beliefs are, then we can see why we do what we do. And when we begin to see why we do what we do, then we can choose to change our beliefs. Grace allows us a seat at the table.

Insightful Bible truths in minutes

I love listening to this ten minute podcast and walking away with my mind focused on God and the Bible. It’s a practical approach to what the Bible has to say and addresses even the difficult parts of the Bible that sometimes feel confusing.
Bonus: her voice is so soothing- made for radio & podcasting!

Finding freedom

I grew up in the church and have always heard that we need to have purpose. I felt like what I was being taught was not lining up with my reality. I have been seeking freedom to find purpose. Freedom to make sense of what I learn and not just go with what I’m told. I love how these podcasts are teaching me to find freedom in my life to seek truth and at my speed. I can tell Sarah has worked so hard to speak to her mission. It’s refreshing to not feel like My behavior has to follow rules to be accepted.
