Hi, my name is tena and I talk... a lot. So I figured I may as well put these vocal chords to good use. This isn't my first podcast but it just might be my last. See, my passions are probably not unlike yours - they are plentiful and kind of all over the place. I can hardly be defined by one area of expertise when it comes to biz and I love things like weiner dogs, a good game night and books - all the books. So honestly it just made sense to brand me. This brings us to this show - tena talks alot. I think you may just get a kick out of it.

burnt out mama turned top leader [027]

On today's episode of the Tena Talks A Lot podcast, I interviewed Rachel Woratschka. I have been watching her network marketing career for a while and knew I just had to have her on the show to share her story with all of you. She is inspiring, a strong leader and a true educator. Grab your notebook and pens - this is definitely a note-taking sort of session.

You can find Rachel on www.lifeonanewlevel.com.

    the risk of freedom [026]

With Sept here, I am ready for some structure in my life. Amen? The first summer with me, my kids, and my hubby all at home and we soaked it ALL in.  I soon realized Freedom may need some rules and where we need to apply it to our businesses. It's risky to have so much freedom. I didn't realize how much I had until I was wasting time. Freedom is amazing, don't get me wrong - we just need to use it wisely.

Thank you

Tena, thank you for sharing from your heart - and for making it relevant to our lives. Your energy is encouraging! Your words make a difference. Thank you.

Glad I listened

Thanks Tena! I appreciate this. For me I’m trying to understand what it means to work on my own and sometimes we spend more time seeking out information instead of actually moving forward with our vision. I appreciate you highlighting a few ways that I can start out with in order to focus and begin to move forward with my ideas. I can’t wait to hear what you have to say about confidence.

She's not lying!

But it's worth the listen! Practical, real, applicable. Love that she shares her stories from her personal side to the business side and beyond.
