    Whitney Skeans is National Grid’s Senior Program Manager for Electric Vehicles New York. In this role, she oversees the WNY implementation of National Grid’s EV Charging Make-Ready Program, delivering $143 M in business customer incentives to install 16,000 charging plugs across upstate NY by YE 2025.

    Originally from Michigan, Whitney brings 17 years of program management expertise in the energy industry, securing and directing more than $100 M dollars in grants to advance energy affordability. She managed the Salvation Army’s statewide heating assistance programs from 2006-2011 while also leading the Coalition to Keep Michigan Warm, then joining Consumers Energy in 2011 to direct the company’s customer assistance strategy within its Regulatory and Customer organizations.

    Now at National Grid, she remains on mission. She is bridging our clean transportation future with opportunities today for WNY’s business community to activate on corporate sustainability and lead the charge to tomorrow! Join me in welcoming Whitney.
