We are human beings, not human doings and I believe the Lord is calling us to be with Him more than we do for Him. What are you loving right now? What is bringing you peace and contentment and joy? Are you experiencing the abundant life that is offered to us in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? Have you been treating Jesus more like an employer than a friend? It was such a treat to sit down with Breezy Royal. She is such a bright light for Jesus and her vulnerability to share things she has walked through is admirable and I know will be so helpful to walk others to a place of healing and deliverance.
There are many things that can be a foothold in people's lives for the devils work, even in the lives of believers in Jesus. When Jesus died on the cross, He purchased our freedom. I loved sitting down with these amazing people from Love Life Ministry, Bethannah Guzman and Jared Burns. Both Bethannah and Jared are using their unique position, story and voice to speak out for life and I admire them both so much. Jared networks with pastors all over the PNW and beyond to talk to them about Love Life Ministries and how local churches can be a place of safety and healing for women through the House of Refuge model. Bethannah had her first pregnancy as an unwed teenager but even through all of that, God has healed her and restored her. Because of her life experiences, she is so humble and full of compassion for women who are in a place of insecurity over an unwanted pregnancy or poor choices.
