Great Podcast
I’m listening to this a bit while after, currently listening to season 3 & the 100 is one of my favorite shows so I thought I’d listen to this before I rewatch. I love listening to them while I’m doing things around the house. They are well balanced in thoughts about certain things and I can’t wait to keep listening
Good with things to note.
Yes The 100 has ended, but if you’re like me and doing a rewatch or just picking it up for the first time this podcast is a good listen. This pod has a fun atmosphere and good quality, I’m giving them a 5 star rating because they do put in the work. I will say I often find myself wishing they’d have given the show more time before just laying into it. Yes sometimes things happen but doesn’t mean you’re supposed to know exactly why right then. My first time watching The 100 I’d have been mad with this podcast. I can understand where they’re coming from but at the same time I’m not sure they gave the episodes a chance. I recommend this podcast but go in knowing they gave honest opinions without all the facts. They do walk back some of the things said after seeing how something plays out. Plus it’s hearing other opinions about The 100!
Good podcast on The 100
While I am rating this podcast with five stars, I do agree with several of the one-star reviews. I also get annoyed when Dan and Olga discuss issues with how the show deals with things like suicide, depression, relationships, ethnic and gender representation, and a whole host of other social issues. But those topics are important to them, and I understand that. I may disagree with them sometimes, but I always appreciate their perspective. Aside from those issues, I really enjoying hearing their thoughts on each episode. Some may say they're too negative, but they're not. They're being critical of an artwork. There's a difference. If you want to hear perspectives that challenge you to think and you like The 100, this is a podcast worth listening to.
