Heart - "Glass and Jewel" - Episode 67

I'm back to take care of some unfinished business. I know I made a heartfelt farwell two years ago, but for several months the fact that I didn't finish season two of the alphabet has been nagging at me. On this episode I highlight the great rock band from Seattle, 'Heart' as I play ten of my favorite unerrated and underappreciated songs from the first half of their recording career. The Finalé - Episode 66

    The Finalé - Episode 66

It's hard to say goodbye. Today we share with you our final episode of the ABC's of Rock. It's been an amazing journey and we have zero regrets. As they saying goes, as one door closes, another door opens and both Chloe and I are excited for new projects. Please follow us on our social media pages. Nathan can be followed on his film website at www.imfilmworks.com and @imfilmworks. Chloe has a Youtube channel 'Fab Family Four'. This feed will stay up and active with all new announcements of our upcoming podcasting, filmmaking, and YouTubing endeavors.

There is one correction I need to make. I reference an album by Queen 'A Day At the Races'. It was very late and I meant to say their album 'A Night At the Opera'.

Thank you for being a loyal listener. It has been an honor to be your hosts this past year and a half.

Garbage - "Masochistic Victim Sadist" - Episode 65

It is good to be back after taking a week off from the show. Before anything else I want to thank all of you for being loyal listeners to The ABC's of Rock. I've been dedicated to this show for a 65+ episodes, since the very start of the pandemic. Today though I make the announcement that I will be taking a step back from producing this podcast. I get into it in more detail in the show. However, I encourage you to not unsubscribe, I may still update this feed with new content every now and then.

Today I bring back my favorite co-host and my daughter Chloe who I was excited to share my love for 90's alt-rockers Garbage. It's actually wrong to peg them as just a 90's band because they've continued to put out quality music throughout the new millennium, including their latest record, No Gods, No Masters which came out this past June. I curate my 10 favorite underrated/under-appreciated tracks from their entire discography for your listening pleasure. Enjoy!

Stellar podcast

Love this podcast. Nathan focuses on music from the bands I love, but doesn't play the tired hits you only hear on the radio. Plus he offers a cool perspective on the music, with some great facts and trivia. Solid well produced show!
