The Art of Choosing "Me" with Jennifer Seaman Matriarchal Medicine

    • Self-Improvement

Have you found yourself in a relationship, or a job where you are begging to be seen? Begging to be picked? Jennifer can relate. In this episode Jennifer and I discuss how her first big experience of "choosing me" was 15 years ago when she started her road to recovery from alcohol and drug use.
Since then, she has found herself again at a place in her life where she is boldly "choosing me" again with a new relationship dynamic and a new career choice. Jennifer reminds us that this is a daily act of self-love where we have to choose to nourish ourselves deeply first and foremost and we can not outsource our happiness or joy to anyone else.
