Hollywood Vampires (Johnny Depp) - Juliet and the Licks (Juliette Lewis) - Dogstar (Keanu Reeves) - The Pretty Reckless (Taylor Momsen) - The Bacon Brothers (Kevin Bacon) - The Gentlemen Barbers (Russell Crowe) - The Boxmasters (Billy Bob Thornton)
Some of the celebrities were musicians first and have been in multiple bands but they achieved celebrity status in movies. Most are are on indie labels.
Nick's Pic this week is by Van Morrison and Something Completely Different is by Starcastle.
Nick & Bootsy play music from local, independent bands & musicians from across the world - after all, everybody is local to somewhere!
You can be a part of the show by recording a liner for the show! We've been soliciting liners from the bands we play and the fans who listen. We play a 10-15 second liner between each song on the playlist during the show. If you are so inclined, we'd love to have one from you. All we ask is that you use the following as a guideline:
