The Behavioral View panel welcomes Dr. Becca Tagg, owner of Del Mar Behavioral Services, to discuss burnout through a lens of community care (as opposed to self-care). In this episode, we define stress and burnout and emphasize the differences between them. We identify risk factors for burnout, including behaviors of the individual, leadership, and the cultural context of the organization.
