An Invitation

Teddy’s podcast feels like an invitation — to wonder, to explore, to be brave enough to walk into and through transformation. He speaks to the journey of the artist, the journey of the spirit, the questions that don’t always have answers. And he calls us to be brave. BIG peace and love!

Love it and Along for The Ride

If we know anything about people, it’s that they’re fallible and capable of tremendous growth through those mistakes and missteps. There is no standard operating procedures…no cookie-cutter, paint-by-numbers approach on how we move through our lives. What Teddy does is create an open space for those willing to be authentic and share how their own stumbles have made them stronger and how our OWN triumphs are capable of we dig into *self* first. New listener, but looking forward to going back. There’s a ton of knowledge in these easily consumable episodes. More importantly, there’s love…unjudging, asymmetrical, and accessible.

This is so lit

A calming presence and voice that calls us to look deeper into ourselves and to love and give outward!
