    Do you have a hard time following through? Do you struggle knowing what to make for dinner, wear to work, or making simple choices? You probably have decision fatigue and are carrying the "mental load" of motherhood. We can't ever fully get rid of this, because that is just life but we can greatly reduce our decision fatigue with some simple steps.

    Why do we need to do this? Because if we, as moms, don't do this- we become a shell of a human. It is the reason we snap at our spouse, are too tired at the end of the workday to actually play with our kids, and stop dreaming bigger dreams.

He took a dive off a dock and found himself being rushed to the hospital and receiving the news that he was paralyzed. That one decision would change the rest of his life.
