Jeff Schwartz on the future of work episode

I love Shobhana Vuswanathan’s hospitality on the show. She asks great questions and leaves a comfortable space for listeners to follow the guests’ answers to each question. Coming to this eposide, I would like to complain about how I was brazed by Florida professors using pronoun ‘we’ when I was learning English and taking college courses. I guess, that’s ok to use that in the business world. Going back to the topic, the future of work, I don’t agree with managing employees and the job as two different entities. I think it’s managers’ job to find work for the employees. Employees do leave. American workers have a high ethic to leave a job even if even they get paid if they don’t have work. Good episode.
