When I first heard Alicia Michelle as a guest on another podcast, I quickly found the Christian Mindset podcast because I knew it was exactly what I needed. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for years, and I struggled with self esteem even as a Christian. When I heard about changing your mindset using brain science along with Biblical truth, I felt so much hope that I could conquer my negative thoughts by taking thoughts captive and renewing my mind.
