My first episode of 2020 is with one of my old friends and training partners. Marques is an Army Veteran, retired MMA fighter, and a badass dad. My next guest is an old Army Buddy that I was so stoked to be able to catch up with. Justin Greer served in the Army as sniper and now runs his own company and is a small town politician. In this episode we talk about his transition from military life to civilian and why he still continues to serve his community.

My next guest is the punkest dude in the fishing world!!!! In this episode Mike and I talk about his life growing up in the punk/skate board scene decades ago. We also get into the struggle of balancing family life along with all the expensive hobbies!

My next guest is a true bad ass!!!! Johnathan is living the dream, traveling the country in a camper with his sons and working closely with Operation Enduring Warrior. In this episode Johnathan opens up about some really dark times in his life and how he was able to recover. Without a doubt, defines a badass.

In this episode we talk about Marty’s life during his service, as well as the hurdles he had to face in life after the military. He is a perfect example of the grit and determination it takes to leading a happy and successful after the military.

My next guest is my all time favorite CrossFit athlete, Dan Goldberg. Our relationship dates back to 2012 when I walked into his gym feeling pretty cocky and left feeling broken and defeated. He was a great coach over the years, an amazing athlete and an even better person. I am stoked to have him on the show!
