Wishing for better days is not planning…
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – I’m sure we’ve all wished upon a star at some point in our lives. However, this childish practice shouldn’t be how adults plan their futures. The problem with wishes isn’t so much that they may not come true as that we may keep on wishing long after they have failed. For example, those who promoted and implemented defunding the police, wishing and hoping that it would lead to a decrease in crime...

Vilifying guns while encouraging crime
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Exploring the intricate dance between gun control advocacy and the push for more restrictive laws, I delve into the political rhetoric that often vilifies gun ownership while seemingly encouraging crime. Through a critical lens, I examine the ATF's Demand 2 program, the controversial "Red Flag Laws," and the broader implications on Second Amendment rights, inviting readers to reflect...

Putting our money where their mouths are
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – We often hear 'Put your money where your mouth is,' urging commitment. I argue politicians use our money instead of theirs, revealing true priorities. This piece examines discrepancies between what's said and done, from spending bills to border actions, questioning if representatives truly align their actions with their professed values.

Election madness
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – Diving into the frenzy of March, we explore the chaos of election season, Trump's ballot access, and the fervor of Super Tuesday. We also navigate the escalating border crisis, the standoff between Texas and federal authorities, and the shocking arrest of an American journalist in Dallas. This month, it seems, the madness extends far beyond college basketball courts.

What can we learn from the border crisis
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As Nero fiddled with Rome ablaze, some say Joe Biden similarly ignores the southern border crisis. Yet, unlike Nero, Biden's actions fuel the fire. With cities and states under threat, Texas boldly defies federal negligence, spearheading protection efforts. This struggle against federal overreach highlights a pivotal moment for citizen action in safeguarding our republic and its borders.

Political segregation
The Constitution Study with Host Paul Engel – As we reflect on the shadows of segregation's past, a new form of division emerges: political segregation. This reality sees individuals marginalized for their political beliefs, challenging the very essence of democracy. Stories unfold of denied rights and silenced voices, urging us to question the principles we stand for. Will we allow this new segregation to define us, or will we stand united?

Worth the listen
I drive quite a bit and found Paul’s podcast, and his conversational tone and his ease in which he explains things made him easy to listen to and to expand my knowledge. I teach state constitutions which are more diverse and longer then the US Constitution so to hear and learn from Paul has been a great experience
Our Constitution, logically, reasonably & correctly!
Thank you Paul. We certainly need more of you out there because our culture has been Frankfurt Schooled, Cloward-Piven’ed & Alinsky-ized, not to mention Gramsci’ed, Horkheimer’ed & Dewey’ed.
The culture & politic has been rotting for 70+ years, with the help of the willfully ignorant ppl in both arenas-it’s time to wake regular ppl up…thanks again, God bless you, God bless our extraordinary founding & the EXCEPTIONAL nation they, w/the help of their preceding history & natures God, erected, America!!!
